I usually don’t go back to a store that has garbage service like this one. However this location is close to work for me. The first issue came from a bad haircut, but it will grow back so I didn’t bring it up. This time I checked in online. When I showed up it showed I was “on deck”. I waited a few mins and someone came into the store- checked in- and was taken back before me. At first I thought it was because he check in online before me so no big deal. Then about 30 mins later a women comes up to check someone into the computer and erased me. I let her know she erased me and she said oh I put you back on youre third in line. I said “how I was just ‘on deck’ AGAIN” to which she shrugged and said technology. This is the worst sport clips I’ve ever been to. Do not go to this location.
